NCOA Report
TrueGivers creates an NCOA Report for your database as soon as your update finishes processing. This report represents NCOA certification, and is helpful if you need to provide proof of NCOA to a mail house, USPS, or someone else in your organization.
This summarizes the services your database received during data enhancement processing, and provides details on the Licensee, List, and Output (with blank fields for you to specify your mailer details). This report includes counts for: Total Records Submitted for Processing, NCOALink (18-month moves), ANKLink (48-month moves), and the various Return Codes.
Users can access this report by navigating to the Updates section of the dashboard and clicking the NCOA Report button (like in the image below). This will take you to a NCOA Report page, where you can use your internet browser to print or PDF the report. Your NCOA report is updated after each nightly data enhancement update. Accordingly, clicking the CASS Report button will always take you to a report that accurately reflects your database.

New Setting: Sync Addresses as One Line Only
TrueGivers created a new setting that allows you to specify whether you would like address details to synchronize into your database into one line or into two line. To enable this setting, click the cog icon in the upper right corner of your dashboard. Scroll down until you see the setting, which looks like this in TrueGivers:
Here are some examples of how this feature could impact your database.
If the checkbox is enabled, we will synchronize address details into one line as follows:
If the checkbox is disabled, we will synchronize address details into two lines. This is the default setting. Here's what that looks like:
* This only affects CRMs with explicit address line1 and line2 fields and not those with free-form address blocks.
