The integration between TrueGivers and Raiser's Edge NXT was created to keep your database updated automatically with CASS/DPV/NCOA/RDI, Deceased Information, and Individual & Household Data Enhancements. The process is streamlined and easy to set up.

Register and Setup your Database for the Integration
The registration page will require:
- Organization Name
- Email Address
- Valid API Key
Once you have entered your Organization Name and Email Address, TrueGivers will validate your information to confirm that you are a Raiser's Edge NXT user. Then, you will be asked to enter your valid API Key. To learn how to access your API key, see Raiser's Edge NXT - Setup.
Next, TrueGivers will validate your API Key. We will then do a quick review of your database. This review will check that you have the appropriate section and fields available. Having these additional fields will allow TrueGivers to return data back to you. If you are missing fields, you will need to add them to your Raiser's Edge NXT account. At the same time, TrueGivers will run a count of all records and display the number of credits required for another month of processing and synchronization for CASS/DPV/NCOA/RDI, Deceased Information, and Individual & Household Data Enhancements.
Processing and Updating your Database
When you have finished registering for the TrueGivers and Raiser's Edge NXT integration, TrueGivers will start processing your data immediately. We will retrieve Constituent Information and Address details. These will be accessed by TrueGivers over a secure connection and processed through CASS/DPV/NCOA/RDI, Deceased Information, and Individual & Household Data Enhancements.
Review your Dashboard
We create a dashboard that shows a high-level analysis of your database. This helps you evaluate your organization's data health. As we identify changes, we populate the dashboard. In mere minutes, we'll finish a full scan. This allows TrueGivers to synchronize records in your database with current addresses, deceased information, and Individual & Household Data Enhancements.
Automatic Daily Processing
TrueGivers processes your database daily to look for new data matches to existing accounts, new accounts, and accounts you made edits to. With each process your database receives CASS/DPV/NCOA/RDI, Deceased Information, and Individual & Household Data Enhancements.
