Existing Addressee Option

This setting allows you to specify whether records with addressee data in the Address Line 1 field and no moved address will be updated during synchronization. To update this, navigate to your integration settings (this is the cog icon in the upper right of your Data Stewardship Dashboard and scroll to the Existing Addressee Option. You can choose from one of the following options:

Ignore - Do not copy addressee to the existing address during synchronization. This will remove your addressee data from the standardized address identified via data enhancement. The addressee data will still be available in TrueGivers.
Copy - Copy addressee to the standardized address during synchronization. This will copy your addressee data onto the standardized address identified via data enhancement.
Skip - Do not synchronize records with an addressee in the address. Records with addressee data and no move address will not be standardized during synchronization.

After making your selection click save in the upper left corner.

To update your Existing Addressee Option navigate to your integration settings, select the option you want and click save.
