Data Overview
When downloading data from DonorPerfect, the integration only downloads individual records (org_rec=N), which means that any records coded as a Company, Foundation, or Organization (org_rec=Y) will not be downloaded and processed.
The types of data integrated with DonorPerfect include:
- Address verification and move data
- Individual enhancement data
- Household enhancement data
- Deceased data
The objects and attributes updated in DonorPerfect during synchronization are:
- Donors - no mail and the primary address.
- Addresses - alternate and historical.
- Custom fields - custom fields are where TrueGivers stores individual enhancement data, household enhancement data, and deceased data. Several customizations are required to support the full TrueGivers and DonorPerfect integration. Read more about these customizations and their details below.

Objects we create:
- TrueGivers creates the following objects when we identify a move address:
- Address - Addresses
- Address 2 - Addresses
- City - Addresses
- State - Addresses
- ZIP - Addresses
- Country - Addresses
Note: The created objects listed above will not affect existing objects. When we find a move for one of your Individual Accounts, we will create the standardized move address and mark it as primary. The original address will be standardized and moved to the Address Section.
Objects we delete:
- Currently, we do not delete any data from your database. We simply process your data and synchronize it for you.
