Synchronize Deceased Individuals Only

TrueGivers provides both individual and household record matches as part of the integration deceased identification processing.  For more information on deceased processing - see Individual & Household Deceased Records

We understand that some organizations only want individual-level deceased records synchronized to their database and not household-level records because this may not be critical information to staff.

Enable the Setting

To enable this setting, navigate to your integration settings (this is the cog icon in the upper right of your Data Stewardship Dashboard and scroll to the Synchronize Deceased Individuals Only setting. Simply check the box next to the setting and click save in the upper left corner.

This setting only affects the custom field "deceased_type", which is either an I=Individual, or H=Household.

If you would like the household values removed because you previously synchronized when this was enabled, please contact support.
