DonorPerfect & TrueGivers Customizations

DonorPerfect is responsible for creating all custom fields for the TrueGivers & DonorPerfect integration. If you are seeing that your custom fields are not created within your TrueGivers account, please notify your DonorPerfect account manager.

Initiating Automatic Processing for your TrueGivers Account

In order for your TrueGivers & DonorPerfect account to include automatic processing, you must click Synchronize on your TrueGivers account for the first time. Once you have initiated your first synchronization, the system will automatically process to look for new records or changes on your account and automatically download, process, and synchronize your records.

If your account was created more than 7 days prior to you logging in for the first time, we recommend you click the Download button on your TrueGivers Dashboard PRIOR to clicking the Synchronize button. This will pull down any changes to your existing records or any new records since your records were originally downloaded and processed. This makes sure that any changes will be reflected within your TrueGivers account before you initiate the synchronization of updates to your account.
